Ingredients:
°4 size potatoes
°1/2 c mayonnaise
°1/2 c sour cream
° 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
° 4 tablespoons of crushed stone or yellow mustard (to taste)
° 1/4 c chives
° 8 thick slices of bacon, cooked, crispy and chopped
° Salt and freshly ground black pepper

PREPARATION:
In bowl, whisking mayonnaise, sharp cream, likewise mustard to all around mixed. Adding 3/4 of hack chives with of salt and pepper. rushing to blend. Adding cheddar/bacon (save some bacon for decorate). Covering blend and let it cool for 30 minutes. Stripping potatoes and slice them to equal parts/half pieces. Cook the potatoes in salted water until the fork mellow. Strain and cool somewhat. Overlay the cooked potatoes into the cooled sauce. Embellish with outstanding chives.
